On this route, we leave the plains behind and ascend toward Keramos, following ancient, rugged trails. This is a demanding ride designed exclusively for experienced riders, as it requires the strength and sure-footedness of our horses to safely navigate these mountainous terrains. It is an ascent into the heart of the Cretan land, where nature reveals its wildest and most enchanting side.

Roughly midway through our journey, the historic Monastery of Afentis Christos, standing tall since the Venetian era, welcomes us into its serenity for a much-needed breath of fresh air.
